Masterix Posted August 22, 2020 Share Posted August 22, 2020 The other day i was chilling and then when i entered ICUE to configure something on my mouse i saw that Icue didn't detect my headset so i went ahead and uninstalled ICUE and then tried to reinstall again but it still only says that my mouse and my keyboard are conected but no signs of my headset i would apprecciate some help -Masterix Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would suggest a repair of iCUE and see if the device reappears if not I would get into contact with support. Attempt to repair the iCUE software. Control Panel Programs and Features Right Click the iCUE software Select Repair Restart computer Contact Support @ https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us They can help you with this issue.
