TheStranjer Posted October 28, 2020 Share Posted October 28, 2020 Hi there. I bought a Corsair VOID ELITE surround headset a while ago and I like it a lot. The hardware is fine and it works. I know this because when I boot into Windows, it works fine. However, when I boot into Ubuntu 20.04 on the same machine, using the same USB port, it's very quiet. It's not that it doesn't work at all, it's just that the volume is very low. The little blue light on the USB adapter doesn't come on, so I think the issue has something to do with it not drawing power from the USB source properly. I tried following the directions in this thread, but to no avail. I'm 100% certain this is a software issue because it works just fine on Windows using the exact same hardware. Any ideas?
