So if you are seeing a failed firmware update or "Firmware not available" message, that is normal. We are working on getting a new release up and ready soon and will alleviate that. First.Class Posted September 4, 2019 Share Posted September 4, 2019 why does it keep disconnecting and connecting when on arc lighting mode but it works fine on others and why after i installed it and the iCue software the CPU debug light turns on and i have to turn off the power supply for 10 sec to work this only started after i installed the h100i platinum so it has to be related Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
