My package has been held at customs for a week now and this is what UPS said when I inquired about what's taking so long...

 

"Thank you for your inquiry. Our records indicate that this shipment is being held because a Power of Attorney is needed from the consignee. Once the Power of Attorney is provided to UPS, then the shipment can be cleared through Customs. I apologize for the problems associated with this shipment.

 

Please contact us if you need any additional assistance."

 

So I'm not sure if Corsair forgot to do something here but can we get'er done?
