ARCangel8587 Posted March 31, 2020 Share Posted March 31, 2020 I have been having issues with my computer randomly freezing up. I do not lose video, and I am able to move my mouse. I recently updated my SSD, because I thought that it was causing my issues. After a couple hours my PC froze again with the same symptoms. When it happens my only option is to do a hard shutdown and reboot. This time however, once I got logged in and iCUE was starting up, my computer would freeze again. This happened several times until I disabled iCUE from running. For me this issue is not new with the latest update. I have a K63 and a Dark Core SE mouse. The Dark Core SE is pretty much useless without the iCUE program. I am collecting logs and will export them once a freeze happens again. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

LeDoyen Posted April 1, 2020 Share Posted April 1, 2020 Since the last update, at times i'll start hearing coil whine from my motherboard, when i shouldn't ... and sure enough, iCue while in the background starts loading the CPU like crazy.
