I have been having issues with my computer randomly freezing up. I do not lose video, and I am able to move my mouse. I recently updated my SSD, because I thought that it was causing my issues. After a couple hours my PC froze again with the same symptoms. When it happens my only option is to do a hard shutdown and reboot. This time however, once I got logged in and iCUE was starting up, my computer would freeze again. This happened several times until I disabled iCUE from running.
For me this issue is not new with the latest update. I have a K63 and a Dark Core SE mouse. The Dark Core SE is pretty much useless without the iCUE program.
I am collecting logs and will export them once a freeze happens again.
