KnightLion
Ok it's not really an issue it's just I got the H115i as an upgrade from my Coolermaster V8 and as I was assembling it, it struck me that it doesn't come with support plates for AMD. Ok so I came to the conclusion that maybe the screws are supposed to screw into the MB backplate which I misplaced and lost long ago, so I had to "Macgyver" it to the backplate I got from the V8 and it works :sunglasse. I don't understand why it comes with a backplate for Intel but not AMD?
Toasted
The AMD bracket should be included with the cooler. If it wasn't, contact customer service and see if they can send you a replacement. https://corsair.secure.force.com/
Corsair Employee Fauxbeard Posted April 8, 2016 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 8, 2016 AMD motherboards supply a stock backplate to secure the stock top mounting bracket. Since this backplate is already supplied, our H115i is designed to use this stock backplate. As such, one is not supplied with our H115i. You should be able to request for a stock backplate from your motherboard manufacturer.
