xrandallx
Hey I bought back in March the Yellow Void Wireless, i love the headset the only issues that im having is, i have the extended usb sitting on the desk and I can be right in front of it and it cuts out, or i can go to the other side of the living room and it cuts out, most of the time i have to either turn the headset off and back on or unplug the usb and plug back in. any ideas or help please
atleeit
Could it be your wireless modem by any chances? or any other wireless gear interfering with the 2.4ghz range? Have you tested using without your modem turn on? Also have you tryed putting your modem on a different channel?

Toasted
Have you tried temporarily unplugging the Wireless mouse? Does it resolve the range issue?

Toasted
If you have tried the headset on another computer and a different USB port and the issue is still present, it could be a bad dongle or headset. Put in a support ticket with Corsair and see what they suggest. https://corsair.secure.force.com/

n3m37h
I found using certain programs makes these headset freak out Tribler will make all audio (even the test sound crackle) There probably is more programs that does this That and CUE breaks the headset, try using them without CUE running
