Pebz23 Posted May 28, 2020 Share Posted May 28, 2020 I have the Ironclaw wireless mouse like all of you here and I have spent so much time trying to find the same answer you are all looking for. I cant tell you how many different things that I have read and tried. Finally I was able to get someone who actually was very helpful from support. It was a fast easy fix. These directions are from the support team Make sure the wireless dongle of your mouse is connected to your PC. Open iCUE. Click SETTINGS. Click the Initiate button next to “USB Wireless Receiver Pairing.” Turn off the wireless mouse you want to pair. Make sure that the switch on the bottom of your mouse is set to 2.4 GHz. Hold down the profile button that’s located directly under the mouse wheel. Turn on the mouse. You should see a PAIRING SUCCESSFUL! message when the mouse is paired.
