The profiles that I download from Corsair do not save with the correct file name so when I try to import them, they are not available. Can someone assist me? Thanks! :biggrin: If you use CUE, then RGB Share is a fairly painless way to download the profiles from Corsair. If you are not using RGB Share and CUE, then please detail your method of downloading profiles from Corsair, so that we can determine why the file name is not used and the files not found during profile import.
