Killiani
Hi, I just bought a Corsair 1000d and noticed there’s no instructions besides the poster. I have a ROG Maximus XII Hero motherboard, but noticed there are a lot of front panel connectors. I bought the case so I can slowly build it out as money comes in, but confused on this part. I have on the motherboard A USB 3.2 Gen 2 connector and a 3.2 Gen 1 connector. There are also two USB 2.0 connectors. Am I not going to be able to plug in all the USB ports on the front? Sorry, still somewhat new to building computers. I know the case can do two builds inside it. Do I only hook up half of them if I only have 1 for the time being? DevBiker
Yes, you'll only be able to hook up half of them for now. Note that some single system motherboards do have enough connectors for the 1000D front panel.
