Corsair CMX1024-3200PT 1GB DDR400 XMS3200 Memory Compatiblity / Specs

All of our DDR modules are up to 2.8 Volts with the exception of XMS4000 and XMS4400 up to 2.9 Volts. So as long as you do not go over this you should be fine. And I would suggest 2.65-275 Volts, as that would be the best setting for most MB's

With one set or 2 modules it would not be a problem at Cass 2-3-3-6. However you would need to set the timings manually to the tested settings. But if you plan on 2.0 Gig of memory I would suggest Twinx2048-3200.
