DrMolars Posted December 2, 2019 Share Posted December 2, 2019 Hi all, I have an issue with Icue; I have the RGB hub plugged in to my commander pro which is USB linked to my MoBo. Everything is powered and all of my fans are working. Their RGB is working but is not synchronised and the Icue software recognises my commander pro but not my RGB hub. Is this normal? I want to apply the 'rainbow wave' effect to all fans and have them sync up but can see no way to do this. Thank you! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DevBiker Posted December 2, 2019 Share Posted December 2, 2019 The RGB Hub won't be shown in iCUE. It's a "dumb" device for power and signal distribution; it has no intelligence at all. Instead, the control signal is sent to the Fan Hub via the Commander Pro's Lighting Channel. In iCUE, you configure the Lighting Channel by clicking on "Lighting Setup" and configuring the number and type of the fans that are connected to the channel. So ... in your case, if you connected the RGB Hub to LED 1 and you have 6x LL RGB fans on it, you'd go to Lighting Setup and set Lighting Channel 1 to have "LL RGB Series Fans" and then "6 fans are connected".
