Scannell1 Posted July 25, 2019 Share Posted July 25, 2019 Hi guys, I am in the process of my first build (which is proving stressful enough lol) and I want to install - A H150i Pro with the 3 stock fans it came with so no RGB. 6x 120ll corsair RGB fans so 3 on the bottom and 3 on the side as intakes. Will I need a commander pro for this set up? I have a Lian 011 DX case with a X470-F mobo if this helps. Many thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
c-attack Posted July 25, 2019 Share Posted July 25, 2019 You only need a Commander Pro if you want desktop software control over the 6 case fans. You will have this for the H150i. It has its own internal fan controller. If you do, then the C-Pro replaces the Lighting Node Pro that comes in a triple pack of LL120s. A Commander Pro is a LNP + fan controller. If you intend to power and control the fans from the motherboard, then 1 LNP from one of the LL120 triple packs is all you need. Either way, you will need to use the RGB Lighting Hub from the triple pack to power the lighting. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
