Hi, when you remove the Keycaps, you see that there is just a single LED below it. It illuminates the "main character" and the "special character" at the same time. So there is no way, that you can give the special character another color as the main character.

Hi, I think the "fastest" way to get an official statement is to open a ticket for your problem here: https://help.corsair.com You can upload your receipt etc. This way I got a new mouse after mine was defect. And bought in July it's still under warranty.
