i can may give you the FLASH FILE. but they told me that I cant post them anywhere else. but if the MODS are ok with it? then i could send you the flash file. but anyway. RMA people mostly giving the answer that is allready gived on the forum. i also have a problem with my CUE that i have a DISCONNECT sound when CUE loads. also i got same reply's like : reinstall CUE etc.

i stilll have the "not recognized" sometimes. it happend today again. so i think this didnt fix it. but i will look for a fix.

I dont get power after turning on. but it immediatly connects te keyboard when i try to login. i DID a RMA ticket and i got a file to reflash my keyboard firmware.

reflashing my keyboard did the trick. now its responsive again at the boot of my pc.

USB 3.0 or 2.0 doesnt matter. both do the same thing. no keyboard on startup.

same thing for me. using a different port makes no diffrence, i have USB LEGACY SUPPORT disabled.

i have the EXACT SAME THING! did you allready fixed it?
