  1. I still have this problem on the latest FW / CUE. No keyboard detected during boot (it shows in the devices list as a mouse as well). I am running on a asus hero6 with latest bios.
  2. I tried this it did nothing for my hero 6 :(. I can reset if I want to go in BIOS but the slow boottimes are killing me. Still wish I got a razer mechanic keyboard...
  3. My problem is with them also but they dont give any updates :(.
  4. no fix either. I get the problem and then when I press the reset button its fixed and boots within 10 seconds but I dont really want to press it all the time... And in further contact with ASUS they basically said they arent gonna do anything about this and the manufacturer of the device should fix it.
  5. I might have fixed it though with the ASUS support I will test over a couple of days. They adviced me to clear my CMOS.
  6. Yesterday they told me just go complain with asus. Well I did report a question there but the answers this support gives me are too simple and like a bot or something.... Ill probably refrain from buying corsair in the future due to their support beeing crap.
  7. nothing is really helpfull from people that are handling my ticket either... I should have asked for a refund and gone with razer...
  8. Yes ofc. everything is updated and the software / fw of the keyboard is the latest.
  9. And this worked for all the problems then? How did u submit this?
  10. Indeed i tried using both ways and it does not matter. Also sometimes it is recognized but this indeed turns out in a super slow boot as well :(.
  11. @DigiDroids I know I have that setting somewhere. Iam not at home at the moment but I will try it later.
  12. @DigiDroids I have this problem on every boot actually :(. Iam running an ASUS maximux VI Hero with the latest bios (so maybe it is ASUS but I havent had it with any other mechanical keyboard).
