I have bought this headset 10 months ago and am greatly satisfied with its quality, though i've started having issues with it a few days ago : Sometimes (particularly when i move on my chair with the headset on), the sound cuts or is distorted in one or both earphones, and i think it's coming from the junction between the cable and the headset, the cable may be damaged inside there and sometimes i lose signal partially or totally. I have checked my audio ports and tried with my mp3 player and on another PC, the problem remains. What should i do ? Contact my retailer or send the headset in RMA ? Thanks for the help.
