parthsony2000 Posted July 26, 2012 Share Posted July 26, 2012 Hi, I live in India (bangalore). i had purchased Corsair Vengeance 1100 headset form ebay india in May-2012. it's amezzing product but one day it just broke while i was takeing it off. it just snaped near right earcup. i tried to get RMA opned from corsair's site and they agreed to replace the headset on RMA/Case # 4879650 The issue here is corsair wants me to send the old headset to Corsair Inc.RMA Department in Hong Kong. now cost to send this part is INR.4000 and i purchased the headset for INR.2600. i did not purchase this headset outside india. the box also has distributer lable on it (aditya infotech ltd). please help me how do i get my headset replaced!!!!:confused: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
