Regardless of where I plug in USBs or headphones, whether it be the motherboard or the case, the keyboard still turns red. And I did not keep my previous profiles when I reinstalled CUE.

I don't believe I have it linked because I do not know how I would do that. Where can I check? I have tried to reinstall CUE.

No, steam isn't open in the background. CUE does not crash, but I have to force close it for the lights to reset.

My friend recently got me a new keyboard (Strafe RGB) but we noticed that every time I plug something in (headphones, mice, etc.) to my pc, all the lights on the keyboard turn red and I have to force quit the CUE app. How do I fix this?
