  1. Okay so it may be time to replace but all keys (Cherry MX Blue) still work great. Within the last month keys have started to change color in spite of what is set in ICUE one led has stopped entirely (z key) The K70 LUX RGB uses firmware v 3.08 and all drivers/sofware are latest available. I have attempted changing the individual keys in ICUE to the preferred color and they are simply stuck and will not change. I have also attempted to change the bios on the keyboard via the onboard switch. Of note when switching bios 1 thru 4 when it changes to next all keys are the same color except "Z" still out briefly ( 3 sec.) until current ICUE settings kick in. When bios is in off position all keys are purple except "Z" key dead led but the keyboard disappears from ICUE so making any color adjustments is not possible. Is this a software issue? Are the LEDs dead? Can they be replaced? Any suggestions appreciated.
  2. I've been directed via search to several forum post to resolve issues with Commander Core and there seems to be a pattern here. Nothing is resolved. Support from Corsair is limited to the obligatory update this uninstall that reinstall. It must be your fault our software is perfect. I'm disappointed and unimpressed. I will start my own thread and see what happens. If anyone at Corsair is interested I can help you fix it.
  3. If a format and reload is not your cup of tea try 3.38.88 version of ICUE. I could not get ICUE 4 to start with Windows 10 22H2. I tried uninstalling reinstalling, deleting app data restarting running as admin not running as admin etc etc Installed 3.38.88 and ICUE starts with Windows now. However, I may bite the bullet at some point because Version 4 adds hardware level lighting control. Meaning you can select the lighting effect for shutdown and restart when ICUE is not running. For example all my fans turn red from restart to desktop when ICUE starts running again. Certainly not a big deal but a nice to have for sure.
