  1. Just purchased the headset on 24/12/24 and this is still an issue. There was no info on needing to plug in the headset and update the firmware before I put it in to use and got this bug. it’s taken over an hour of searching, posting to find this article. the fact this isn’t resolved 4 years later is very frustrating. My headset was full charged when the issue occurred and so I’ll have to wait presumably another 30 or so hours before I can do this fix.
  2. Hello, My HS75 headset for Xbox has suddenly stopped working. It showed low battery last night and so I connected it via usb and continued to use it whilst charging without issue. This afternoon I attempted to turn on the headset, the power on tone sounded, the headset connected showing full battery and then very suddenly was no longer connected to the Xbox. No disconnect notification, just simply wasn’t there anymore. When I tried to turn the headset off and on again there is no on/off tone. The LED still shows a constant white light. It is not possible to interact with the headset at all to reset it following the reset guidance: again the power on/off simply doesn’t register at all. Turning either audio dial doesn’t improve sound so it’s not improperly balanced/mixed or accidentally muted. The xbox doesn’t see the device as being connected either. In summary, I cannot interact the with headset at all currently and the LED is a steady white.
