Having the same issue with a brand new build... Running a Corsair H150i and 3 Pack 120mm link fans, all from 1 link unit. I have had to switch to running H150i and radiator fans from 1 link unit and the separate 3 pack of fans from its own link unit as the overcurrent issue drops USB controller on crash and I lose my USB SteelSeries headset and USB Mouse when Overcurrent occurs for about 5 seconds. Happens every 30-45minutes and even turning off LEDs had no effect on this overcurrent issue when running from 1 Unit. Now running from 2 link controllers it seems to be OK but not ideal being you should be able to run everything from 1 unit :(
