Hello! I am completely new to any Corsair product, and I didn't know where else to turn for help so forgive my ignorance. I just recently purchased a new Corsair Virtuoso XT and am trying to use it with my PlayStation 5 and cannot get the mic to work. I set the USB Receiver to PlayStation mode, and it still won't work. The receiver turns white, the sound settings for the PS5 detect the headset and I can hear the PlayStation sounds from the system, including games. However, in the sound's settings for the PS5 is says my mic is muted. The mic is a light blue color as opossed to the green color the manual says it should be when connected wirelessly to the PlayStation. Muting and unmuting doesn't work nor does disconnecting the mic and reconnecting it. I've also ensured the drivers are up to date for the audio of the headset through the ICUE Sofware. If I hook the same headset to my PC (Windows 11), it works perfectly fine. Please help anyone!
