  1. Hello, My IronClaw RGB wireless mouse had been working fine for 2 years, until I turned on my PC today: the mouse started blinking white, telling me it's not in sync anymore. Then I updated both iCue firmware (v.4.32.129) and dongle firmware (v.5.6.126), and restarted the PC. Then I tried to pair the mouse and the dongle, but iCue tells me to plug my devices with USB cables and to plug the USB "SLIPSTREAM", and despite me plugging the mouse and the dongle, the "start pairing" button stays disabled. I have no clue what to do from here. Some more details: when my mouse is turned off and plugged to the PC with USB, the lights go green (which proves that I plugged it correctly) and it looks like the mouse should work, but the cursor on my screen does NOT move. When I check the device manager, Ironclaw does not show under the "mouse" menu (idk whether it should or not). It's like the mouse is connected but not really recognized as a mouse... What am I supposed to do now? Thanks, Léo
