  2. Wow! Thanks for this! I just wanted to bring this to your attention because it is frustrating to see errors on such expensive orders! I'm sure if others experience a similar issue it would freak them out as well. Mulitple reddit communities have stories of individuals who faced similar issues just a heads up. Thanks for getiting back to me on this and fixing the issue for me. I hope all my items are delivered safely!
  3. Hi All, I have been one of the biggest fans of corsair ever since i started building computers 15 Years ago. I was so excited for their new ICUE LINK product lined and order as many new parts as I could for my new build. To start I spent over 700+ dollars on the product line to then find in the mail the next day the only thing delivered was the FREE CABLE! Take note that I was only provided one tracking number for four items that were supposed to be delivered, to only find the free product delivered. I check the order page on my account and ALL FOUR PRODUCTS ARE SHOWING DELIVERED! My two white dual fan ICUE Link AIOs no where to be found and my 3 fan expansion pack gone. Again all these are claimed to be delivered. I then called the carrier servicer to find out what happend, for them to inform me that the only thing under that tracking number was a freaking 0.5lb pacakge!, hence the free cable. This happend yesterday on a Saturday too, no shot contacting Corsair since they are only open M-F, even better you can't call them anymore. You have to freaking wait 24-48 hrs for a response by email and the message is never portrayed correctly. They always twist what is being asked of. The fact they took away their customer service number for live agent discussion has really made an impact on the community. It's blowing up all over reddit how poorly this action on Corsairs behalf is. I will still give them the benefit of the doubt, their products are fantastic and will always be a fan, however purchasing their prodcuts off their website will never happen again. I love supporting brands I love. This proves how much corsair cares for their shoppers. Best part of this all is I work for a Return Software company who thrives on providing the best experience for customers and has heard so many amazing stories on so many business aiming to provide the best overal shopping exerience for your customers. Corsair, I am shocked you aim to handle things this way. I hope this message strikes a new look for corsair.
