  1. I had/having the same issue. I got fed up with it and switched everything to LINK. My issue also happened around the same time as OP posted this. Corsair support sent me out a new commander and that solved the issue for about a month, then it happened again. I contacted them again and now they want to RMA my whole H150i Elite Capellix AIO for a replacement. I plan on using this AIO and all the fans for another build so I do plan on sending it back to them for the exchange. My only problem is, I upgraded my H150i Elite Capellix with the LCD screen and ML Elite fans, and they're requesting I send it back with the fans it came with but I gave those to my nephew for his build and I threw out the pump cover plates it originally came with. I emailed them and mentioned this and asked if I could send back the AIO less the fans and LCD screen, as I'm sure my replacement will be an exact CW-9060048-WW. Just waiting on a response from them.
  2. So I recently upgraded everything to iCUE LINK. H150i LCD AIO, 4x 140mm QX RGB and 4x 120mm QX RGB. Previously I had H150i Elite Capellix AIO, LCD upgrade, 2x 140mm ML RGB Elite and 4x 120mm ML RGB Elite. I did a clean uninstall of the previous iCUE before switching over to LINK. I only have a few games that support iCUE (A Plague Tale Requiem, Far Cry 6 and Chernobylite). Prior to upgrading to LINK, the game integration worked perfectly. With LINK, the fans and the AIO ring (inner and outer) are not working. Only the RAM and GPU are. All software is current and up to date.
  3. I just did my AM5/7800X3D upgrade yesterday and am using this board, I also have the same issue. I think it's with the type of "RGB lighting" Asus is using on this board. I can't remember exactly what it's called in Armory Crate, but you can control it separately in Armory Crate outside of iCue. You just need to uncheck the board from Aura Sync (if you're running more than just an Asus board), and then select the board from devices. There you'll see the RGB control for the board. Which is pretty limited if you ask me. I think I counted four different images it displays but you can't pick a static image out of those, when you pick a static color, it just defaults to a certain "ASUS" image. I also tried using just pure white as a static color, since it will go with every color but the white on this board looks purplish. Really disappointing. On the other hand, my Strix 4080 works perfectly in iCue. So did my Asus ROG X570 Crosshair 8 Hero.
