  1. I'm also experiencing random crashes. sometimes, it will re launch iCue, and sometimes, it will ask to send crash report.
  2. This might vary per user. But, I am not having sensor's issues on the latest software update. Hope this helps others.
  3. I get this randomly, maybe 1-3x per week Virtouso XT as well.
  4. No idea why people still purchase this.. paying $200+ for nothing but frustrations, headache and time wasted troubleshooting this. If you're still on a return window, You should return it. I had to use my Chase, buyer's protection for this since I was out of the return window.
  5. Load % in both CPU and GPU are still showing 0-1% at all times
  6. iCue could be corrupted, or have conflicts with other things. I'm not having any issues
  7. That's because, corsair pulled V5. Due to bugs
  8. They pulled iCue 5 out of their website
  9. I have an Asus Z690 Strix Board, Win 11 Pro as well. I choose not to use plugin, as im using the evga pressicion anways. No issues whatsoever.
  10. it's been faulty since October of 2022, that's when I purchased mine. I was going crazy, thinking it was my system for months, countless of time spending troubleshooting my system, Corsair support, just wanted me to reset. changed to a different keyboard Jan. and I couldn't be happier. if you want a stress free experience. get rid of the keyboard!
  11. I have no issues either. the only thing that changed for me, is that I can no longer wake up my computer by moving my mouse. I have to input a key on my keyboard for that.
  12. Sounds like an issue to me. you're not seeing the full picture.
  13. Quick update for all of you. We have released the new firmware version 1.13.53 which is intended to improve the freezing behavior. Based on the initial feedback from some of you, the freezing has been resolved, but the keyboard is now exhibiting a disconnect/reconnect behavior instead of a full lockout freeze. This is not the intended behavior solution with the update, and we would like to gather more details from those of you experiencing this. Please let us know if you have done the following: Moved the keyboard to a different USB stack on the motherboard Connect fewer USB devices Verify what the current polling rate is set to Try setting the keyboard to a solid white and separately a Rainbow wave Confirm if the disconnect/reconnect happens when either or both lighting profiles are set We still recommend performing the update to the latest firmware version if you are experiencing the full freezing lockout behavior. This would help with further improvements and providing all of you a solution.
