when i plug in the dongle it says "usb device not recognized". I tried updating the corsair drivers and it worked for about and hour or so, then i went to dinner and shut off my pc. When i came back, same thing, the dongle wasn't recognized so i tried repeating the process and now iCUE doesn't even detect my headset. I tried about everything but it still doesn't detect it. Also my dongle broke in january, and i repaired it but it's also super sensitive and if i moved too much it would disconnect. It worked fine for months but now it just doesn't get detected

So i already broke it once and got a replacement, so i don't think i can get another one. Where should i buy it? Can i repair it? I tried to put it back togheter and the light lit up, i was able to control the sound with the headset but the sound still came from my speakers Please send help
