I got the following reply from Corsair: I followed the instructions but it's still not being detected

iCue software v. 4.29.203 doesn't detect my headset so I can't check or update the firmware. Current firmware on my headset is 1.0.1.0 according to my Xbox. Previous version also didn't detect my headset.
