  1. Hey there. The firmware file is not meant to be opened. The folder or file itself meant to be uploaded through iCUE's update process.
  2. Hey there, It would work if your PSU already has a dedicated CPU cable (EPS). However, I would double check the minimum recommended system power.
  3. Hey there. I'm sorry to see this. I have gone ahead and created a support ticket in regards to this, so that the Tech Team can further address this issue. Be on the lookout for a response in your email inbox.
  4. Hey there, the minimum recommended PSU for that GPU would be 1000 Watts. This is likely why it is not properly powering on.

  6. Hey there, sorry for the delay. We notified the team on this ticket, be on the lookout for a response.
  7. Hey there, it only comes with one 12VHPWR cable. Do not confuse the EPS12V cable for it. The 12VHPWR cable splits off into two PCIe cables that plug into the PSU.
  8. Hey there. We recommend purchasing a 3rd cable so that each are dedicated. Check out this link for one
  9. Hey there. It can be several reasons why your PC is abruptly shutting down while gaming. Are all connections firmly set? Are you daisy-chaining PCIe power cables onto your GPU? What event comes up in event viewer when the crash happens?
  10. Hey there! This is a Mac-default behavior, it would not be limited to a specific keyboard. If connecting to your Mac via Bluetooth, this would not occur, the keys would be in its respective "location" on the keyboard. (albeit won't be an option on this K100) If you're physically used to the location of the Mac shortcuts on your keyboard, there is a workaround within the MacOS settings where you can change the system/modifier keys to mitigate this. See example screenshot below (from Ventura) on how you want to have it set, so that it would work as intended: Hope this works for you!
  11. Hey there, I'm sorry to see this. I'm creating a ticket in regard to this, as this is a very unique issue, as iCUE is not known to behave in this manner. Be on the lookout for an update in your inbox.

  13. Hey there. Sorry for the delay as we've received an increase of volume on support requests. I notified the team so that your ticket is addressed as soon as possible. Be on the lookout for the update.
  14. Hello! The LS100 Supports up to 138 LEDs per channel, 192 LEDs (2 channels total). Based on your intended setup, if you utilize both channels, it should be doable. (162 LED's counted)
  15. Do you have the Harpoon RGB Wireless connected via. USB dongle, or Bluetooth? If Bluetooth, will not show up.
