I tried the cleaning, I tried the firmware updates and my replacement is already on the way... 😄

I've had this mouse for almost a year now, it'll be a year in Feb '24, and recently the scroll wheel has just been on it's own mission... When scrolling downwards, not every click is registered and every now and then one of them registers upwards. When scrolling upwards, most of the clicks are not registered, so you have scroll 4-5 times just to get it to move once. iCue is the latest version and the firmware on the mouse and the dongle are latest version as well.

I've got two entries for my GPU on the Corsair iCUE dashboard.... Is there any way to merge them into one item... it's making my OCD itch...

My original H150I started blinking lights after a few months. Corsair replaced the whole shebang with a H150i Elite Capellix XT which is awesome and quiet. My only issue is now the led's are stuttering or skipping a beat, but, it only does it when iCue is running, when I use the same color scheme under hardware mode it works perfectly. I've re-installed windows twice, tried iCue v4 and v5 but it does the same thing. Is there a fix for this?

Hi there, UPS has had the item in the country since last Thursday, they are unable to deliver it to me as they need the export and warranty documents for it before they can release it. Can you maybe help with those?

I built my rig in July of last year and the leds on the pump and the fans connected to the commander core have now started to turn off for a moment or so every so often. I did a google for the issue and they say to disconnect the fans to see if it's one of them doing it, but the pump does it with no fans connected. Any ideas what I can do to resolve this or am I looking at replacing stuff?
