  1. same. I'm happy with my Corsair keyboard, but i can barely use that mouse, have to force firmware update to at least reset it for a while. This issue is half a year old and still not resolved. If this is what Corsair's product support looks like, why should i ever buy something from them again?
  2. I have the same problem with the Harpoon RGB Pro. There are many reports on reddit, customer reviews on shop sites etc with this issue. I tried resetting it, roll back firmware, nothing works. It took me multiple tries to simply hit the sign up button here... @Corsair Fer: I'd appreciate if you could point me to a working firmware as well, ty in advance
