i got my unit replaced, worked for a few days then red triangle again with no changes to software or hardware as i wasnt even here for there to be, i was out of town and left my pc on.
When i spoke to corsair and they started asking me the usual questions, i pointed them to this post and as soon as they read it they approved the RMA, however in my experience that wont fix it, either the units are completely faulty and will need to be recalled, or as one corsair support person mentioned on here, they appear to have found a fix in a firmware update, that is currently being tested. They said that some time ago now, and as a software professional, I know it doesnt take that long to test stuff, so either it didnt work as well as they thought or they havent really found a fix and are just fobbing us off.
