hi, i have installed corsair icue software on a fresh install of windows, i have spent 8 hours plus trying to diagnose the problem, basically the audio works in wired mode but not wireless and i have no idea why it does this, please can someone help as i am losing my marbles over this, thank you.

hi my cooler is a H115i Elite Capeelix and it wont get recognised via icue, is there a way to fix this please?

If anyone has been helped here and its fixed for them, could you let us how it was fixed please? waiting for someone to get back to us could take days and at this point i'd rather just say its defective and get a refund.

i too am having an issue after the latest update, the dongle will not pair and the initialise is greyed out, it works fine on USB mode but wireless will not work, please help, thanks.
