Fixed this by myself. New installer doesn't work if you change system locale. Changing it back from English to my language/country did let me finish the installation. No other apps or previous ICUE versions have this problem.

Hello, I have trouble installing ICUE 5. Clicking Next while selecting installation language does nothing. Tried uninstalling v4, cleaning registry, disabling FW and Defender...didn't help. W11 Pro 22621.1635. Any ideas? Thanks

Z690 Hero board + 12900K running this kit using 2nd XMP profile since day one without any issues. Updated to 0702 bios before changing anything. Asus QVL does have this kit included so they tested it and it should work. If bios update doesn't solve your booting issues I would contact Asus support and see if they can help somehow.
