Trying to figure out the same, is it the bios as the z690-E only had one bios so far 0702 haven't tried it as I built this one for a friend and want it stable. Mine need ram to get mine going.

Think my issue was I changed the ram speed too 5200 and the system was bsod and locking up so set it to default 4800 and works well now, but there a new bios out that might fix it so I will wait till I get my system running just need the ram, so I can play with the settings.

Trying to figure out the Timings on these, listed as 38-38-38-84 but when I run memest86 v9.2 that's built into the motherboard bios on AsusZ690-E it shows 40-40-40-77 is that because i'm running it @ the default speed (4800) and not overclocked ? Memory Model CMT32GX5M2B5200C38

I was getting freezing and bsod but had it set to 5200 in the bios now I'm @ 4800 and no issues figure bios not ready yet or a setting is causing this.

No issues so far did you get the new bios for this board? (0702) this one I built for a friend I have a z690 hero but missing the ram as everyone is out.

Also fixed here had to disable SPD write and now good thank you for your time. This was windows 11 pro but was a bios issue Corsair Angie.

Yep not showing up in icue but figured icue maybe need updated to cover Dddr5 or should of worked right out of the box it's corsair's ram.

I know this was just released not too long ago but is this going to be as hard to get as a 3080? no one seems to have them welcome to 2021

Ok figured out the issue dumb me usb cable to header on mother board was only on half way cable was a tad to tight., but no corsair usb driver maybe don't need one but now its detected in Icue software.

Having a issue with a corsair H150i RGB Pro XT no usb drivers are showing up under device manger and not showing up in icue software, I did install the chip set Software Installation Utility and Intel Chip set Driver for z490 Asus Rog Maximus Hero wifi bios 0607 but all look to be generic drivers. Here a pic of my usb devices, does this look normal. New build and windows install as of 8-10
