  1. I looked. I believe they are for the RM series PSU'S only. I wish it would work on the ax1200i
  2. I have the same issue. I got the ax1200i off newegg full price like 600$. It didn't come with the cables for link either. And I am in the middle of a building and have the psu out of the case. On its side so the fan has full room to breathe. And it still shuts off and gives me the red light constantly. I am so mad . And I contacted the seller. He tried telling me it is from corsair direct ( came from China or something ( mailed from) and that that model didn't come with the cable's. Which is a lie. . But now it's ridiculous , some say these have a problem with voltage regulation. But I just need it fixed. But seeing as these are not made anymore. I don't know what corsair will do when we send them in.. they still are under warranty thanks to corsair 10 year warranty.. I'd be happy to pay the difference for a upgraded model .
  3. you can see some motion, but I dont hear any noise at max. I do hear it make noise when it primes but after it is silent ( on max) . I bought it straight from corsair.com. That is why i was trying to open a support ticket. But i guess i need to request a rma?
  4. Yeah i haver it set up properly. Outflow is the left On thes set of two. labled in the manual. I have the input on the cpu waterblock right on xc7 Commander is on port 6 and set to 4 pin. bubbles are puirged from rad and tubing. there just isnt enough flow eved unplugged at 100%. I even put it down to one rad and block to see if that could have been doing it, but no. and even unpluuged i never see turbulnce. and it never made a noise at 100% either like others mention it doesn on the forums.. I am guessing the pump is just faulty.
  5. 1. Ok i set a differnt header to 50% shut down and moved the pump header and set it to 4 pin. Powered on and it shows 0 rpm. i shut down and moved the header back to 6 ( which is set to 4 pin) it showed 0 rpm. so i turned the custom spped to 100% and it went back up to 156 rpm. Cpu temp rioght now goes from 50C to 60C , coolant temp is 28C I never saw turbulence In the pump. ( i take that back I saw it once when i tested the pump with just one rad by itself and unplugged from header. But once I put it into my loop the pump barley moves. Also I never heard the pump make noise on full speed ( unplugged) that others have mentioned. I am assuming that the pump just cant go at proper speed ( even unplugged.) I have tried everything to make it work properly. i read every post about it on these forums and on google and youtube. Thats why i used th at ssistant to fill a support ticket corasir support, but I have not gotten any response and its been 1 week. Thats why i made a account here so i could see if I missed anything.
  6. I put in a support ticket 4 and 5 days ago, and i have not recieved a response of any kind and didnt get a email with a ticket number or any info when i put it in. ( i put it in with the digital assistant ) Problem 1 included in ticket ( for the xd5 problem )I bought a bunch of hydro x gear & my Xd5 wont allow me to go over 156 rpm. I tried multiple headers. I have it set up right. port 6 on Commander pro, set to 4 pin, devices set to my xd5 and xc7 Rgb lights work fine. WHne io first installed them I was seeing 0 rpm and it would toggle to 5-300 rpm ( setting to fixed did nothing ) So after waiting 5 days now .. I took the system apart and tried the Xd5 with just a RAD in a closed loop, It went fast. So i assumed it was my loop design. I put it back with just 1 rad and cpu by themself. It ran good So i put the system all back togheter to see Icue status. It showed 156 rpm it goes down, but not up even if i set a fixed pm the pump does not go faster. I did not hot swap the header on 6. From posts i have seen on the forums over these dayts I saw multipple people had this issue and had to RMA. But i cant get ahold of support. I dont know if my ticket didnt go through or what is going on. So i figured I would give the forums a try. Currently the temp of the xd5 is at 30c-35c idle Cpu goes 40-60 Idle . Side Problem 2 NOT Included in ticket. - When i set my fans for ( hydro x fans) only 1 will spin, if i set my 2nd set for the 2nd rad the rpms go to 0. I dont know what is going on , but i assume that you can use more than 1 set. at a time for multiple rads . I tired setting it to 4 pin as well ( all of my fans are the same ) Sp rgb Elite Side Problem 3 NOT Included in ticket. - the xc7 . I have it set up properly with input and output flow. But When i look in the block I can see the micro bubbles go around the jet plate and not through it. When i first installed it I saw the bubbles in the middle of the jet plate. But now they dont and just go around. ( i am guessing that is one reason my Cpu temp is high IDK? ) I assumed it got plugged up, So i took the xc7 out of the loop and ran distilled through the outflow port hoping that if there was anything in the fins it would flush it out ,, but nope. I also flushed all rads and tubing with the xd5 ( not connected to Commander ) to see if i left somethiung in the loop . I used a mesh strainer to catch the water when i drained each part. Nothing was in it. I did see soem black / brown specs in the tubing . I replaced all tubing and reset up the loop. But with the combination of all these issues. It does nothing. Any help would be gratley appeciated
