  1. Thank you for your answer and clarification. Stating this out loud saves nerves and time for many Prime X570 users. EDIT: If you are waiting for hub or/and dont care about RBG settings and BIOS fan control is enough for you - I have good news. By pulling of both Commander Pro & H100i USB's from your motherboard makes your PC run normal on ASUS PRIME X570-P. If I leave one of those (or both) plugged in, I get terrible USB disconnects and stutter. EDIT2: Installed the hub and everything works fine now.
  2. Waiting for my NZXT Hub to arrive (probably gonna take a week...).
  3. ASUS PRIME X570-P user reporting in. Same issue here.
  4. EDIT: After some testing BIOS settings didnt help me either. Hopefully the hub works.
  5. Self talk continues. I installed USBDeview and noticed it's not actually H100i dropping off, but Commander PRO (surprise...). Hope the HUB fixes this.
  6. I also get this in my Service_Trace file when the USB disconnect sound appears:
  7. Hello, Having issues with new build: - AMD Ryzen 5 5600X / 3.7-4.6 GHz, - GIGABYTE Radeon RX 6800 GAMING OC 16GB, - ASUS PRIME X570-P, - 16 GB G.Skill AEGIS DDR4-3200 C16 DC, - WD Blue SN550 - NVMe SSD 1TB, - Corsair Hydro H100i Platinum RGB watercooler, - Corsair iCUE 465X RGB with tempered glass and 3x RGB fans, + Commander Pro - Corsair RM750x 80+ 750W Gold certified I get mega annoying USB disconnect sound + mouse & keyboard stutter randomly. I've tried everything (these issues seem pretty common with Ryzen 5000 + X570): updated BIOS, forced PCIE to gen 3, tried disabling C-states, reinstalled Windows, updated all drivers & checked the USB cable. All of my components are recognized fine on ICUE and they are controllable. First I thought it was all USB ports collapsing, but USB Log view doesnt record anything. I've already ordered NZXT hub if it helps, but it's ETA is unknown. Do you guys have any ideas what the problem could be? I wasted too much money on this setup after 10+ years of Intel life without any problems.
