  1. over a year now and the fix is still working have had zero space bar sticking.but another flaw has shown itself.both ctrl keys have loosened and needed to be replace cost 15.00 and only had to type into amazon corsair key replacements and up popped ctrl key set.so again another known issue.

  3. the k95 has serious space bar issues as well mine was sticking down due to the stabilizers on both sides of the actual SB switch.i RMA the first one and in 3 weeks the second one started doing it as well.i have a fix in these forums i believe will fix your issue and also avoid the sticky space bar issue that seems could be in your future.its called k95 sticky spacebar fix.its now a great keyboard but for 180.00 this issue should not exist.i was told by corsair that the issue had been addressed with the k100(little help to me)so im guessing that applies to the new lesser models as well.might want to consider returning and purchasing the newer model.
  4. ive found a fix for anyone having this issue. get some scotch mounting squares cut about 1/8 to 3/16 inch strips 6 of them slightly longer than width of key.stick one on top of another leaving the plastic on the top(so the pad doesnt stick to the spacebar key) 2 strips high. then with the space bar removed stick them on the outside of all 3 switches.this will keep the spacebar from sticking down as the problem is when the key travels to far.this is a simple redesign corsair could have made themselves granted not with sticky pads but hey we do what we have to.it works p.s.i did have to trim them down on the 2nd and 3rd switch as they hindered the key caps above. https://forum.corsair.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=40040&stc=1&d=1610025023

  6. i guess the good news is i RMA the keyboard and rather than fix it. you choose to replace it GREAT ! so you would think, the new one lasted about 3 weeks and is doing the same thing.why would you send me back a defective keyboard these should be recalled and given a proper repair (thats what i was expecting) now im back in the same sinking ship. HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE experience thxs for letting me relive it once again sincerly Gerald Bryant sad owner of a K95 dust collector
  7. that is good news going forward, unfortunately not so much for the k95 owners that have to RMA to have repaired to possibly extend the life a bit till the next time.but im glad to here its been remedied for future owners
  8. so my spacebar has went bad on my k95.upon looking it over i noticed there is a flaw in the design it has a mechanical switch in the middle and 2 dummy switches on each end.the problem is both the dummy switches travel further than the center mechanical switch causing a teetering effect.and over time loosening and eventually allowing the spacebar to over travel and stick heres my problem.there is no way this went undetected in testing this surely would have shown itself.and if you look at any retail store the reviews show it is widelly spead.cost me $32.00 to RMA for something that clearly was known this was a very easy redesign of the dummy switches that was not done and we the customers are paying for it... highly disappointed in corsair.
