I got 6 of em all plugged into my commander pro, the rgb on all of them works fine if that's important? Sorry, I didn't mention that before

They're LL120 fans, I applied the fixed 0RPM curves correctly, under the RPM of the fan it's labelled as Custom 2, which is the 0RPM one. Even when changing the curve to start based on the temperature of my ram, they stay at 1700RPM.

When adjusting the fan speeds in the commander pro, they don't go below 1700rpm? They're really loud all the time because I cannot turn them down. Even when making a custom fan curve at 0RPM fixed, they stay at 1700RPM, what do I do?
