  1. Anyone else have issues with a single fan rpm on the h115i platinum? It's reading at a high rpm but definitely running a lot slower than my other fan. The fan having issues is reading beteen 7000-15000 RPM... Only programs I run next to iCUE are MSI Afterburner, Steelseries Engine 3 and GeForce Experience. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
  2. Same thing for me for the past couple of days. Did a software update on iCUE, my h115i was disconnecting and connecting again constantly so I did a force update and after that my fans went full blast, no rgb and no way to control my h115i. It still functions and shows via USBDeview. It's constantly disconnecting and connecting as well. The only thing I can think of is the firmware is corrupt somehow. Probably bricked. I've put in a support ticket and RMA. No word from Corsair Support yet. In the meantime I've rerouted my fans to fan headers on my motherboard so it doesn't sound like a jet engine. STILL highly annoying that their own software probably broke their own branded devices.
  3. Funny how they say new updates will fix this problem when a year later this is still an issue that is happening. Did a force update today on my H115i Plat. and the update kept hanging. It eventually froze up. I restarted my computer and both fans went full blast, no RGB and not recognizing via iCUE. It still technically shows via USBDeview. Pump is still flowing. I've changed the fans to fan headers on motherboard so it's not so loud. I've tried everything from switching USB headers, changing power connectors, disabling other software, uninstalling iCUE to rolling back to older versions. If there's a process in which gets it working again without RMA, please share.
