  1. I have recently opened a ticket with corsair about the issue and the response I got back was... "Thank you for contacting Corsair. My apologies for the inconvenience with the LED issue of your cooler. Our software specialist is aware of the issue and they are now looking into it. This may fix by a future iCUE update but as of the moment we are unable to provide an estimated date when it will be fixed. I would recommend checking updates from our Corsair forums (https://forum.corsair.com/v3/index.php) to get the latest updates from our products. If you have concerns and questions feel free to contact us back. Thank you for choosing Corsair and Have a great day! Regards, Jennifer S." this pretty much tells me its not just me and is a huge problem customers have been having. The fact that customers have had this issue come up right after the latest big windows update cant just be a coincidence. So now we just wait and see if anything will be done about it. I'm crossing my fingers because im starting to lose confidence in Corsair and that they will find a fix for this. Like I've stated earlier, I have invested a lot of money into corsair rgb products and it would be a shame if they were deemed obsolete due to a technical glitch from no fault of my own. I'm considering demanding a refund at this point.
  2. My RGB worked for for my LL120's, h100i Platinum SE Pump, and my Corsair RGB Strips...however like many others, my RGB began to flicker uncontrollably after the latest Microsoft Windows 10 update. Thousands of people have taken to these forums to report their frustration with this issue. We have spent hundreds of dollars upgrading our PC with the latest Corsair RGB Hardware only for it to be rendered useless thanks to the Windows 10 update. My entire RGB has been turned off until a fix is made in the future. When this fix will be rolled out is still a mystery. Surely there are others who are in the same boat, wondering when we will have control of our PC's RGB functionality again. Others have suggested rolling back the update or removing it all together but I have found that to be impossible since Microsoft does not allow me to remove the latest major update from the computer. Has anyone been able to find a fix for this? Corsair, although have been very helpful in the past, are completely stumped when it comes to this major issue. Perhaps we will just have to wait for Microsoft to come up with a fix? I am very disappointed that I am unable to use my PC's RGB that I spent so much money on.
  3. MIGHT BE FROM THE LATEST WINDOWS UPDATE. mINE STARTED FLICKERING TOO AS SOON AS i INSTALLED UPDATE
  4. Just as the title says, I recently upgraded windows to the mopst recent Windows 2004 update and since then, my h100i fans and pump have been going crazy, flickering on and off. However the fans connected to my Corsair Commander Pro don't seem to be effected. So this seems to be an issue with compatibility with my h100i platinum se. Anyone else experiencing this? Looked at the history and in the past, windows updates have gave users issues with flickering before so Im guessing we all just have to hang tight and wait for a windows or corsair update to fix it?
  5. I am just curious if it’s possible to use the K95 Macros or hotkey set up to enter data/text multiple times into a store website. For instance, let’s say I want to buy 100 items of something but I don’t want to buy it all at one time and instead buy each one individually. Would I be able to set up a macro/hotkey on my k95 to enter a price value in one box and then enter address info in another box, etc etc and then hit enter to confirm the order? I’d like to take advantage of the lower tax on on smaller single orders for this one particular website. So basically, I’d like the macro to do this.... Select price box on website Insert price Select address box on another site Insert address info Click a check box Then click to confirm order This would all be taking place on the same website and on the same page without waiting for seperate page to load or anything. I’d like to do this multiple times. EDIT : I’d like to mention that I tried to do this with the mouse movement event hotkey but instead of the mouse moving over each text box, the mouse would move all over the screen. I’d like to just record the mouse clicking on an open text box to enter data/text and then move to another text box to enter more data. I could also use the “TAB” key to change to the next text box.
