  1. Sorry, I was referring to the uninstallation of the cab-next software which is detailed here: https://github.com/ckb-next/ckb-next/wiki/macOS-Installation but if you haven't installed that, its a dead end. I only mentioned it as I had installed it to play around with it as an alternative to the iCUE and afterwords discovered that my K95 wasn't recognised as the driver/daemon was still running in the background, even though the application was closed. Hope you get to the bottom of this.
  2. You didn't by any chance run another application such as: https://github.com/ckb-next/ckb-next on that machine, did you? The reason I mention this is that I tried that after I had my own issues and after finding out that it didn't do what I wanted to, I removed it and found iQUE wouldn't see my hardware afterwards and discovered that a left over part of this other software was preventing iQUE from seeing my hardware. there are instructions on the github link above, should this be something you have done.
  3. I have a K95 Platinum and also running Mojave 10.14.6, today I updated to iCUE 3.28.70 and it is still showing both my keyboard and also my mouse a Scimitar Pro. So can't really comment on your issue I'm afraid apart from letting you know that it works for me with my configuration. For reference, the FW version of the keyboard is 3.21.28 As it happens, due to the other errors I get see post: https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=195724 I basically run without the iCUE application running, using the hardware profiles, which is a bit of a pain as it no longer switches based on application and to be honest not what I would have expected from such equipment. I previously run with Logitech equipment and software for years without any issues at all.
  4. First off, apologies as I previously posted this elsewhere and believe this is the correct place now. so... I've installed iCUE for Mac only a few days ago and while I don't have any issues with my hardware, Corsair K95 Platinum and Corsair Scimitar Pro, I do have an issue with the software, namely whenever running I am getting the following errors every 10 seconds or so: error 10:14:53.171592 +0100 kernel compat_ifmu_ulist: en0 copyin() error 14 error 10:14:53.171606 +0100 kernel compat_ifmu_ulist: en1 copyin() error 14 error 10:14:53.171615 +0100 kernel compat_ifmu_ulist: en2 copyin() error 14 error 10:14:53.171621 +0100 kernel compat_ifmu_ulist: en7 copyin() error 14 error 10:14:53.171627 +0100 kernel compat_ifmu_ulist: en8 copyin() error 14 error 10:14:53.171634 +0100 kernel compat_ifmu_ulist: en3 copyin() error 14 error 10:14:53.171640 +0100 kernel compat_ifmu_ulist: en5 copyin() error 14 error 10:14:53.171646 +0100 kernel compat_ifmu_ulist: en4 copyin() error 14 error 10:14:53.171652 +0100 kernel compat_ifmu_ulist: en6 copyin() error 14 error 10:14:53.171658 +0100 kernel compat_ifmu_ulist: p2p0 copyin() error 14 error 10:14:53.171667 +0100 kernel compat_ifmu_ulist: awdl0 copyin() error 14 I have the latest version of iCUE: 3.27.68 and am running macOS 10.14.6, I have also temporarily installed the iCUE software on another Mac running 10.15.4 and this shows the same errors. When the iCUE software isn't running (not running in background), the errors no longer appear. Any thoughts or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
