  1. I have them both plugged straight into the USB ports on the front of my tower
  2. Ok at this point if I plug in the dongle and turn on the keyboard I can type on it, lights work fine etc, in Cue it’s not even coming up, if I plug the cable in Cue registers it but it’s greyed out, you click the setting icon and the only option that is there is update the firmware, so you can browse to find an image, click update and it says ‘to begin firmware update turn on your device and plug in the USB wireless receiver, disconnect the USB cable and switch to 2.4GHz mode, plug in the USB cable to start the update’ yet as soon as I switch to the 2.4GHz mode Cue doesn’t recognise the keyboard anymore
  3. Ok I’m having a similar problem, I’ve followed the steps, uninstalled Icue, downloaded the 2 files, did the pin thing and swapped over the bin files, installed the earlier Cue, but the earlier version of cue won’t recognise that I’ve wirelessly connected the K63, when I plug in the cable it picks it up, without the cable attached and with the dongle in the keyboard works fine it’s just not getting recognised in Cue, which in turn won’t let me flash the firmware as it says it needed to be connected wirelessly as well as have the cable in, have any of you had this problem?
