  1. Here's my build and it's components. Intel i7-9700k EVGA RTX 3080 PSU Silverstone SX700 Gold 4 x Corsair LL120 2 x Be Quiet Shadow Wing 120 2x 8GB Corsair Vengeance RGB 1 RGB Strip (60 LEDs) 1 GPU Backplate (20 LEDs) 1 RGB Light Bar (18 LEDs) Anyway, as you can see, my PSU being a 700w, it's pretty close on getting the maximum power draw possible. I was wondering if I could replace the 4 LL120s in my build to the QL 120s. From what I'm getting, even though the QL120 fans have more LEDs... the total power draw seems to be less?
  2. Hi, I'm currently using an In Win A1 as my PC case. For those of you who have this case or the plus version, you know that there's an RGB strip at the bottom. Since I have the the standard version of the case, my RGB strip at the bottom is not adressable. But instead of getting something that's simply adressable, I'd like to skip past that and get something that is controlled by icue. I do have some the official corsair strips, but I don't want to use those with this case because the strips are not long enough, and linking them together won't work because there will be gaps in the lighting. Anyone have any recommendations for what I can do, considering Corsair doesn't make custom length strips? Or could someone possibly make me a strip and I can pay them for it? lol
  3. I've contacted Corsair twice, and their customer service and support are absolutely terrible. The first time, they said that They need to know exactly when and which retailer I bought my LL120s from so they can replace it. If you don't have proof of purchase from a retailer, Corair will pretty much tell you you're out on your own. This way, they don't have to deal with many RMAs at all. Second time I emailed them telling them that I have owned several fans that all have had this issue, and of course I heard absolutely no reply whatsoever. This is embarassing, the company is supposed to try and help us out, yet they will do whatever it takes to not refund us or even help us really. I have had to replace 4 fans so far. I have narrowed down which ones are the problem ones and replaced them each time. It sucks because my build is in a Mini ITX case, and it's a lot harder to work with. I really would buy fans from a different company, it's just unfortunate that Corsair makes the best looking ones on the market so far. I hate this so much.
  4. I was thinking it was a software issue, now i'm beginning to believe it's just a fan issue, because once I disconnected all of my fans from the hub, and began to connect them one by one, I was able to narrow down the problem fan, and as long as that one wasn't #1-5, it wouldn't be able to interrupt the rest. I guess I can RMA this one?
  5. My LL120's were working perfectly until today. Now it's always doing this annoying flickering thing and I'm sure it's a software issue because when I end the program or service in task manager, the colors sometimes revert or not.
  6. I have 6 LL120 fans in my case that were working wonderfully for the past 3 months, and then suddenly when turning on my PC this time, they weren't so beautiful anymore. I know it's gotta be software related because anytime I mess with icue, it seems to fix or pause the issue for a few seconds. I don't know what the issue is but it's annoying and I miss how my fans used to look. What can I do to hopefully fix it? I already updated the lighting node pro 0.10.4 software and also got the latest icue software 3.21.88
