Same problem with my k95 Platinum. The original keyboard bought from Amazon worked for a few weeks then freezing started. Exchanged with corsair. The second worked for a week and same issue started. Then I updated firmware in the keyboard and it worked until a week ago. Now I'm out of warranty and have one key not working. Since I'm not the only one with this problem and Corsair has done absolutely nothing to fix it, when it comes to admitting the problem Corsair sucks ***! Now I have a worthless piece of crap that costed $175. Not only that corsair is doing absolutely nothing about this issue, it also not selling (or does not want to sell) any spare parts for the most expensive keyboard they carry. Bravo Corsair, great way to **** your own customers!
