Hello, I have for more than a year the Void pro rgb wireless headset and is stop working without the cable connected. The amber light is always steady when the cable is connected. I thought that the problem is with the battery so I have bought a new battery and replaced it but still, the battery is not charging and in iCue it doesn't show the battery status. Any idea?
