Can't update the firmware for my K63 wireless keyboard

I tried to repair the client but sadly it didn't work so I have contacted the support. Thanks anyway 😀 -
Icue tells me that the firmware need to be updated so I click update and plug in the wireless USB adapter and everytime the client crashes. It does't matter if I start the Icue client as administrator or not. I have also tried to connect both the USB adapter and my keybord directly to the computer but it hasn't helped and I have tried compability mode. I am running windows 11 if it makes any difference

I just can't figure out how to change it. I bought the keyboard some time ago and I can't find the manual... The device and dongle polling rate option is grayed out on 1000 Hz and I can't change it. How do I alter it?
