  1. Does this problem also affect our ability to control the fan speed/pump speed? Is there an alternative way to control fan speed/pump speed outside of iCUE? I have a H100i RGB platinum I find that the fans are really too loud when at 100% load and I was hoping to just set them to 2000 fixed.
  2. It appears that my problem is the same as the one outlined in another thread with the USB disconnects. Sorry for the repost.
  3. Thanks, I'll try that later today. Another interesting development. The problem seems to be intermittent. About 25% of the time when I turn the computer on it seems to work fine. Very odd.
  4. Hey all, I just bought a new custom build The specs are as following i9-9900K Aorus Z390 Elite LGA 1151 Aorus RTX 2080TI Xtreme Waterforce Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 Gb Corsair H100i RGB Platnium CPU cooler EVGA Supernova 850W Corsair 570X RGB case I have been having issues with the H100i RGB Platinum It was working fine earlier in the day. Now when I turn on the computer the iCUE will not recognize the pump/fan speeds or the temperature. So it will display the previous numbers in this case 1986 RPM fan #1 and 1981 fan #2 Pump 2847 RPM and temp 27.8 C However, the numbers do not change and the fan RPM does not seem to correlate to the numbers. It is as if the computer is not receiving any input from the H100i. Interestingly, I have noticed that I get a USB error from windows stating "USB device not recognized. The last USB device connected to this comptuer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it." On device manager on as well and it shows an unknown USB device. I can't control the fan speeds at all and the lighting does not respond. Is this a hardwar issue or a software/driver issue? Any ideas on how to fix this?
